DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP! Extremely expensive they don’t tell you the invoice until they are already done with the truck. Lie about being fast and that they are working on the truck when in reality it’s just sitting there. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND MONEY AND DONT COME HERE ! Why would I lie about this lol don’t even ask when I came in or anything just assume just take accountability and do better that’s all. No parts were order just basic service

Dont really like to write bad review but this shop the worst repair shops I have ever dealt with. When I initially called regarding the truck issue, they were extremely friendly and assured me that if our driver arrived, they would inspect the truck immediately. I specifically informed them that the issue was likely related to the DEF doser valve. Driver arrived around 10:00 AM and then sat there for over an hour without anyone even attempting to look at the truck. When I called for an update, the attitude completely changed. The staff became rude and kept insisting that a mechanic was working on it, which was clearly not the case. It then took another two hours just to confirm that the DEF doser valve needed replacement. When I requested an estimate, they claimed they needed additional time because the part was unavailable. It took yet another two hours to receive a quote. Meanwhile, it took me less than five minutes to contact Nextran dealer and verify that the part was readily available. To make matters worse, the part they quoted was more expensive than the dealer's price. Despite wasting almost the entire day, they still could not complete the repair and had to keep the truck

Thanks to Phoenix truck repair for their great service and price.they definitely put quality above everything. Change my oil there and tires. Great service and pricing for my fleet. Will continue to come back

before the work , they said pm oil change cost up to $700 then they gave us invoice $1,187.55 . they were supposed to give us estimate first at least a call . I WOULD NOT EVEN RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO MY ENEMY . THEY ARE REALLY EXPENSIVE

I really love this place. They are really professional and friendly. They fix all my issue with Truck really quickly and professionally. They are working really clean and fast. I’m really happy just looked at the picture of the water separator system. They clean all the way. It is really good. A lot of shops do not cleaning this water separate system. They just change filter that’s it. This shop is really really professional and clean work. All mechanics is friendly. Owner of this shop is also best thank you very much.
